UMPIRE STEEL HOLDINGS ENGLAND issues an official letter of intent (LOI) with buyer code and a valid purchase order Reference number, supplier respond to our LOI with FCO ( full corporate offer),we review supplier FCO. sign and return signed FCO for supplier to respond with SPA ( Draft sales and purchase contract ) both parties review the SPA Draft contract,, countersign and exchange fully signed and Notarized copies, supplier issue Proforma Invoice for shipment value, we receive the supplier PI and lodge with our Bank for processing of the LC payment instrument, Draft LC will be issued to supplier ( receiver) for review and sign to confirm receiver information are correct, as soon as we received the signed Draft LC from the supplier(receiver) our Bank process the final LC payment instrument which would be payable at the counter of the supplier Bank on our arrival in the supplier loading port to confirm shipment processed successfully and ready for departure. physical inspection at the loading port is compulsory.
